Who are the retreats for?
Our health and wellbeing retreats are for anyone who wants to take some time out, take time to breathe, reconnect with themselves and with nature. If you are hoping to make positive changes in your life and meet some lovely people along the way, then Perfect Balance Retreats are for you.
Will I have time to myself on the retreat, or is every minute scheduled?
While a lot of your time on the retreat will be filled with inspiring and fun activities, you will also have plenty of time to relax and do as your heart desires.
What should I bring?
To make the most of your experience please bring:
clothes that you feel comfortable in
a yoga mat (although we'll provide some if you don't have your own)
an open mind and a sense of humour
You'll get the most out of your time here if you are able to put your phone to one side and take a break from screen time.
Do I need to bring my own bedding & towels?
We provide all bedding and towels for you.
Pay It Forward
If you feel you can spare a tenner, why not pay an extra £10, which will go towards someone attending a future event, who wouldn't necessarily be able to afford it. This is completely optional. You can find out more here.
I can't make the dates of currently advertised retreats. How can I find out about future retreats?
