This women's health retreat is for you if you're aged 40-55 (or thereabouts) and interested in improving your overall wellbeing.
Has your mental and physical health been neglected, or do you simply want some time out to take stock? Then you're invited to join us on a wonderful relaxing weekend on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds. Indulge in some "me time", nourish your body with lovely fresh, healthy, delicious food, gentle excercise and enjoy our women's midlife health workshops. Meet like-minded women and be prepared to feel inspired!
Together we'll explore the changes that our bodies go through in midlife, and learn tools and techniques to optimise our wellbeing. Many of us experience perimenopause and menopausal sypmtoms at this stage of our lives, without even realising they're linked to how we're feeling physically and mentally. They can have a detrimental effect on our lives if we don't know how to manage them.

- 30 mins massage with Aimee - choose from back & neck or foot reflexology (with the option of extending this to 1 hour at an additional cost of £25)
