This women's health retreat is for you if you're aged 40-55 (or thereabouts) and interested in improving your overall wellbeing.
Has your mental and physical health has been neglected, or do you simply want some time out to take stock? Then you're invited to join us on a wonderful relaxing weekend in the beautiful Cotswolds. Indulge in some "me time", nourish your body with lovely fresh, healthy, delicious food, gentle excercise and enjoy our women's midlife health workshops. Meet like-minded women and be prepared to feel inspired!
Together we'll explore the changes that our bodies go through in midlife, and learn tools and techniques to optimise our wellbeing. Many of us experience perimenopause and menopausal sypmtoms at this stage of our lives, and some of us don't even realise that some of the symptoms we're experiencing are related to these. They can have a detrimental effect on our lives if we don't know how to manage them.
Bring your yoga mat (we'll provide one for you if you don't have one) as we'll be starting the day, on Saturday and Sunday with some gentle, restorative yoga, which is suitable for both beginners and the more advanced yogis.
