Welcome to Perfect Balance Retreats! 

Our retreats are carefully planned out to ensure you get the most out of your time here. There'll be lots of time for restoration, relaxation, reflection, learning and being truly inspired, but there'll also be fun.

Come alone or with a friend...either way, you'll be made to feel extremely welcome.

Our expert nutritionist will gently guide us through some easy-to-implement tips on how to nurture our bodies through food. Daily yoga with our instructor (outdoors if the weather allows) will help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep and generally make your body thank you for giving it some loving care. 

Our amazing massage therapist will be on-hand to offer complementary massage treatments reduce any muscle tension you may be experiencing.
